- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons across the KS1 curriculum.
- Monitor assess and record pupil progress to support individual development.
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages confidence and curiosity.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to plan cross-curricular and enrichment activities.
- Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers to support learning and wellbeing.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Strong knowledge of early reading phonics and numeracy development.
- Excellent communication organisational and classroom management skills.
