About the role:
Were looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who knows the iGaming affiliate world and can deliver measurable growth. Youll manage key partners across Russian-speaking and CIS regions driving new player acquisition and maximizing ROI. Youll work closely with the Head of Affiliates to optimize deals scale results and strengthen our presence in high-potential crypto and fiat markets.

What youll do:
- Manage and grow affiliate relationships across Russian-speaking and CIS markets.

- Identify and prevent fraud bonus abuse or traffic quality issues.
- Create and execute localized promotional plans with Country Managers.
- Align with internal teams (CRM SEO Content) to enhance player value.
- Represent the brand at affiliate events and online communities.
- Support junior affiliate managers and contribute to overall strategy improvements.
What we expect from you:
- 3 years of affiliate management experience in iGaming.
- Native or fluent Russian with strong English communication skills.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing performance-based deals.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka NetRefer Income Access etc.).
- Understanding of crypto traffic and CIS market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and act quickly.
- A proactive target-driven approach and strong commercial sense.
