The Opportunity

We are looking for a Commercial Prospecting Intern / Apprentice who is proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn about B2B sales and business development.

The selected candidate will support the Chilean team in identifying contacting and qualifying potential clients in both the public and private sectors contributing directly to the companys commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct active prospecting of potential clients in the public and private sectors.
• Research and gather contact information through online searches databases professional networks and public records.
• Reach out to prospects via phone calls email campaigns and LinkedIn messages to establish first contact.
• Record and update all lead information in the companys CRM system.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and the sales team.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up with leads and track the results of prospecting activities.

What you can bring to us

• Final-year student in Business Administration Commercial Engineering Marketing Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Strong interest in sales business development and renewable energy solutions.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and familiarity or happy to learn about CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proactive organized and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken) is a plus.

Additional Information Recruitment and Integration Process :

If selected you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with only four steps:

1. It begins with a video interview with our Talent Acquisition Nancy.
2. Then a technical interview with your future manager.
3. A video interview with our LATAM Director: Felipe
4. A video interview with our HR Director Joris to discuss values as well as cultural fit.

Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:

1. Meeting all departments and business areas of the company
2. Technical discovery of the products and processes
3. Training tailored to your needs and functions.
