About the Company:
This is a full-time role with a partner agency in the self-storage industry specializing in technology-driven storage solutions. The company enhances the rental experience through seamless digital tools and personalized customer service helping individuals and businesses with secure convenient storage options.
Location: Latin America - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Build and own sophisticated valuation models across the portfolio.
- Analyze cash flows budgets and forecasts to drive decision-making.
- Partner with marketing revenue and operations teams to maximize returns.
- Translate complex financial data into clear strategic insights for leadership.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 3 years of experience in real estate finance investment banking or similar fields.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau Power BI SQL or Python is a plus.
- Proven experience with budgeting forecasting and full P&L ownership.
- CFA or CPA preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working US hours.
