Restoration General Manager (Plumbing HVAC Roofing or Construction Background)

$125K Bonus Total Package with bonus worth $200K Relocation Package Available for the right candidate!

Our elite client is a leading Restoration & Reconstruction company looking for an experiencedGeneral Manager or Operations Managerfrom a home-services industry plumbing HVAC electrical roofing or construction to lead operations for a fast-growing restoration company.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all field and office operations.
Manage job scheduling costing and quality control.
Recruit train and lead production and customer-service teams.
Drive profitability and efficiency through systems and KPIs.
Collaborate with ownership on strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

5 years in a leadership role in plumbing HVAC roofing or a related trade.
Strong background in team leadership dispatch and customer service.
Experience with P&L job costing and operational metrics.
Bonus: exposure to insurance claims or restoration work (not required).
