Job Summary
tilde is a digital companion that gently guides people and their loved ones through lifes
toughest questions around end-of-life administration TIL DEath and beyond.
Our mission is to reduce the organizational burden around death; so that time remains for what matters most.
This role will be funded by the EXIST scholarship.
Tasks
Lead user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions
Design and iterate user journeys wireframes and interfaces
Collaborate with the founders on product vision usability and accessibility
Requirements
- You need to have been enrolled or employed with a university within the last 5 years
- User research is your answer to doubts and questions
- A wonky picture frame gives you the ick
- Proven track-record of UI/UX work that led to improved usability
- You are aware of the benefits and limitations of working in an early-stage business
- Solid German as you will be talking to a lot of users
