Tasks
- Explore and analyze real-world aseptic manufacturing processes some of the most complex and critical environments in the pharma industry
- Work with one of the richest datasets in pharmaceutical manufacturing to uncover insights and identify process optimization opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience with digital pharma technologies risk management frameworks and software tools shaping the industrys future
- Receive structured mentorship supervision and continuous feedback from industry experts no prior experience required
- Collaborate with an international multidisciplinary team of scientists engineers and innovators
Requirements
- Bachelors graduates of technical colleges like HTL or equivalent degree in Chemistry Physics Biology Pharmacy Engineering or a related STEM discipline
- A curious analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to solving problems
- Eagerness to learn grow and ask questions well provide the training and mentorship you need
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with an open collaborative spirit
