Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional nursing care ensure patient safety and support physicians and other staff during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and document observations in medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to plan and evaluate patient care
Respond promptly to emergencies and critical care needs
Educate patients and families on health conditions treatment plans and post-care instructions
Ensure a safe clean and supportive environment for all patients
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
