Job Title: CNA-LTAC
Location: Baltimore MD
Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7pm - 07:30am)
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assisting patients with daily living activities and ensuring they receive high-quality respectful care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility including repositioning patients and helping them move safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms and common areas.
- Support nursing staff with procedures and care tasks as needed.
- Ensure patient comfort and respond promptly to calls and requests.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in MD.
- BLS certification
- 2YR experience required in LTAC and Pediatrics required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and provide compassionate care.
