Tasks
- Oversee the planning design and implementation of electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects to ensure they meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution and timely completion.
- Coordinate with other departments contractors and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project progress and address any technical challenges.
- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources without compromising quality or safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance implementing necessary adjustments to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance overall project outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing large-scale electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects preferably in the highway and bridge construction industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards safety regulations and best practices in electrical and mechanical systems within construction projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders clients and team members across various levels.
