What youll do:
As the Event & Activities Coordinator at YellowSquare Athens youll design and manage our event calendar bringing life and energy to our spaces every week. Your mission Create experiences that connect people and make every stay unforgettable. From DJ sets to workshops quiz nights to open mics youll be the creative force behind it all.
Youll work closely with our internal team local partners and the Marketing & Communication department to make each event a success.
Your main tasks:
Plan and coordinate weekly events and activities.
Create engaging relevant experiences for international guests and locals
Promote events on social media channels.
Manage performers vendors and budgets.
Supervise events and coordinate involved departments.
Build strong relationships with guests artists and partners.
What were looking for:
Experience in event planning or entertainment.
A proactive hands-on and problem-solving attitude.
Lots of creativity and curiosity to try new things.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Greek.
Confidence with social media and digital tools.
A true team player with a passion for hospitality and community.
