Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM 4:00 PM)
Job Summary:
The Test Technician II sets up tests troubleshoots and modifies production assemblies and units per defined engineering methods and standards. This role ensures the functionality and quality of electronic and mechanical systems used in medical device manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up test apparatus and perform product and system tests per specifications.
- Assemble and adjust production equipment; calibrate systems as required.
- Modify and troubleshoot components using hand tools schematics and diagrams.
- Record and analyze technical data; prepare reports from test results.
- Support production operations and process improvement teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Identify routine technical problems and propose process improvements.
- Provide guidance to junior or entry-level technicians.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Vocational/technical certification in electronics mechanics or a related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of testing tools calibration techniques and data documentation.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings schematics and test procedures.
