Shift: 3rd Shift (9:00 PM 6:30 AM)
1st Shift (6:30 AM 4:00 PM)

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining repairing and improving production machinery equipment and facility systems. This role requires strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth and safe plant operations in a high-demand aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to locate malfunctions.
Dismantle repair and reassemble machinery and devices.
Operate machine tools (lathe drill press grinder) for part fabrication and repairs.
Perform millwright brazing and welding duties as needed.
Adjust and align mechanical and control components for optimal performance.
Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate repair records.
Adhere to safety and compliance procedures and maintain an organized workspace.
Support facility maintenance and assist in the installation of special components.

Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.
3 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of engines motors pneumatic tools conveyors and production equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Proficiency in brazing/welding preferred.
Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 90 lbs.

Must have good visual and manual dexterity.

Work Environment:

Exposure to extreme heat mechanical parts fumes and loud noise.
May involve working at heights or around electrical systems.
PPE and safety compliance required at all times.
