Job Description:

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role you will curate and analyze data to support the client Genome Editing pipeline.
The role encompasses working with multi-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions to enable genome editing products.
You will work in a system of diverse and empowered teams to contribute to our mission of Health for All and Hunger for None.

The primary responsibilities of this role

Processing cleansing and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Develop sustainable consumable accurate and impactful reporting on analysis inputs analysis outputs biological interpretation business impact and key performance indicators
Collaborate with teams across Breeding and Biotech to drive business optimization based on data insights
Provide technical contributions in a fast-paced team environment to accelerate our efforts on building a data-driven crop genome editing pipeline
Participate in the application and optimization of data tools to improve analysis and efficiency and visualization
Implement and help to standardize data analysis methodologies

Who you are:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in data science computer science computational biology or statistics with relevant experience.
Proficient in R Python and SQL.
Experience with AWS and Google cloud services.
Experience in development of data visualizations tools (RShiny Streamlit etc.)
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to work with other to enable business insights from data.
Good communication and coordination skills with a collaborative mindset.
Communication skills with fluency in English both verbal and written.
Clear logical thinking strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Proficient in generating manipulating and interpreting large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with biological science data sets.
B.S. with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience or M.S. degree.
