Job Summary

Location-: Dade County Courthouse 73 West Flagler Street Miami Florida 33130 or Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center 175 NW 1st Avenue Miami FL 33128.
Work days: Mondays - Fridays
Working Hours: 8:00am -5:00pm

Job Description:

Qualification

  • Abilityand Skills

    • Person must be able to read write and speak English.
    • Work involves a significant amount of standing walking sitting talking and reaching with hands and arms; must be able to transfer up 50 pounds.
  • High School Diploma
  • Assist in the organization and delivery of office supplies
    • Prepare and deliver supplies.
    • Place trashcans in the correct locations as guided by Court personnel.
    • Place water trays under water dispensers.
    • Deliver chair mats as requested.
  • Receive provide training and assist Court personnel with the installation of flags in the courtrooms.
  • Assist with set up and coordination of the Grand Opening Ceremony.
  • Dispose of trash flatten boxes and place them in the assigned recycling location.
  • Unpack and organize documents and supplies for Facilities flatten boxes and place them in the assigned location for retrieval by County.
  • Status: Full-time
  • Length of Assignment: Approximately 2 weeks
  • Tentative start date: 10/27/2025
  • End date: 11/07/2025
  • Work days: Mondays - Fridays
  • Working Hours: 8:00am -5:00pm
  • Hours: 40 hours per week

    Minimum education: High School diploma or GED
    • Parking: Is available but must be paid by the temporary staff and will not be reimbursed by the circuit
