Job Summary
Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Duration: 24 Months
Location: Buffalo Regional Office 295 Main St Ste 545 Ellicott Square Bldg. Buffalo NY 14203 (Hybrid)
Position Type: Contract
Interview Type: Webcam Only
Responsibilities:
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person email and telephone
- Provide direct on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- Provide instruction on newly released functionality
- Deliver presentations to line staff
- Monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- Review training materials
- Provide technical assistance with data warehouse
Required Skills:
- 36 months of experience providing IT support to users.
- 36 months of expereince providing implementation support services.
- 18 months of experince providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment.
- 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application.
- Bachelors Degree
