Job Role: Automation Test Lead System and Software Testing for Medical Device (Electrosurgical)
Location: Austin TX

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to lead system and software testing for a cutting-edge Electrosurgical device.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python programming extensive experience in automated unit and integration testing and a proven track record in system and software verification using automation specifically for firmware running on FreeRTOS and bare-metal environments.
Proficiency with automation tools (e.g. VectorCast Ldra Unity CMock Tessy or similar) and static code analysis tools (e.g. SonarQube Coverity Klocwork or similar) is essential to ensure the quality safety and regulatory compliance of medical device software.
This role combines technical leadership with hands-on contributions to drive automated testing strategies in a regulated Agile/DevOps environment.
