Role: Lead Data Engineer
Location: Providence RI

Skills Required:

12 years in Data Engineering & Analytics projects
Strong expertise with Snowflake Matillion Azure Data Lake Gen2 and DBT
Proven experience migrating Netezza / DataStage workloads to Azure Cloud
Deep knowledge in Data Modeling Metadata Management Governance and DQ
Healthcare Payer domain experience preferred
Familiarity with HIPAA GDPR SOX compliance and data security protocols
Excellent leadership documentation and mentoring skills

Responsibilities:

Lead and architect data migration solutions using Snowflake and Matillion
Design and implement data flow storage and governance standards
Oversee migration roadmap and align to enterprise architecture
Support DevOps and automation of pipelines
Train and mentor data engineering teams
