Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time within scope and within budget. This role involves end-to-end project delivery ownership - from planning and execution to monitoring and closure - ensuring alignment with client expectations organizational standards and agile practices.

What Youll Do:

  • Lead project planning sessions to define scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource plans.
  • Drive execution of multiple concurrent projects ensuring adherence to quality cost and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders business analysts and technical leads to translate business requirements into executable project plans.
  • Manage risks dependencies and change requests through proactive mitigation and escalation strategies.
  • Ensure transparent communication through regular status reporting dashboards and review meetings.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives demos).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development QA DevOps and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee project financials including budget tracking forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes compliance and security standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability ownership and continuous improvement across the team.

What You Know:

  • 8 15 years of total experience with at least 4 years in a Project Management role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects in Agile and/or Hybrid models.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Kanban Waterfall).
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA Confluence MS Project Trello etc.).
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Certifications such as PMP CSM or PRINCE2 are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in client-facing delivery within product or consulting environments.
  • Understanding of DevOps processes CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to data analytics AI/ML or digital transformation projects is advantageous.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred).

Compensation Band:

$120 - $130K per annum
