Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 8 years of expertise in Workday Integrations and Workday HCM Payroll. This role involves designing and implementing robust integration solutions within a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing payroll processes and enhancing system efficiency ensuring seamless operations without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integration solutions using Workday Integrations to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Workday HCM Payroll configurations to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize disruptions and maintain seamless operations.
Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Optimize existing integration processes to enhance data accuracy and reduce processing time.
Document integration processes and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in all integration activities.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to manage and enhance integration solutions.
Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of Workday integrations.
Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient payroll operations impacting employee satisfaction positively.
