Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 yrs. work experience in IT industry.
- BE IT or Computer Science / Masters in Computer Science or IT.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5yrs of working experience in below technologies: JAVA C#.NET WEB APIs SQL Server Scripting Tableau or Azure SaaS.
- To have an end to end understanding of the application under vicinity from both technical and functional perspectives.
- To asses / identify improvements or malfunction of software product and determine the appropriate mitigation actions that is required which could add value to the product and customer.
- Minimal Code fixing/ Code debugging Log analysis to fix application.
- Create & update Alerts/ Monitoring Dashboard of Products to proactively address Failures.
- Ability to prepare Dashboard/ Support Tools/ Adhoc reports and provide visibility of the management on product performance.
- Keep abreast of product performance in assigned area of responsibility. Work with development team as needed for performance analysis of products and Enhancements.
- Identify / Track / Listen and solve issues / queries escalated on technical product problems; seek assistance from Engineers.
- To guide support and enable Product Support to correlate and correct product deficiencies.
- Develop knowledge bases and FAQs.
- Assist the Product Service Engineers to prepare Failure Analysis Summary Reports and inform appropriate persons on problem solution.
- To have served as a liaison between the end-users dealers vendors and engineering team/IT team for any and all applications.
- Work closely with employees/peers/juniors to develop solutions.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with dealers suppliers and related department personnel within the organization.
Desired Experience
- Good to have additional software experience on Angular and Python.
- Good have knowledge in areas like IOT Telematics Manufacturing.
