Job Summary

7 Years of experience as a business analyst in AMS environment

Good understanding of O2C process in the areas of Order Management Shipping Billing Pricing Output Determination Availability Check Credit Management EDI Inter Company Business Process Returns Processing

Includes 4 years of Production Support Exp.

Well versed with ITSM process and usage.

Exp. working directly with client and multiple business teams / users.

Excellent Communication Coordination skills

Location preference would be Hyderabad.

Mandatory to work from office 3 days a week.

Apple experience would be an advantage.

Open to work in Shifts

Open to learn new business functional tools and technologies on Fast track.
