Job Summary

Role Title: Software QA Engineer
Experience Level: 8 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary

The Software QA Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated and manual tests to ensure product quality performance and stability. The role requires strong experience in automation frameworks CRM testing (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CPQ) and collaboration with development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Create maintain and execute test plans and test cases from requirements or user stories.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using open-source tools like Selenium JUnit Java or Python.
Analyze test results identify defects and track them through resolution.
Work closely with development BSA and PMO teams for product validation.
Perform regression performance and functional testing for SaaS-based platforms.
Ensure adherence to software testing best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Contribute to CI/CD automation using tools like Jenkins.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams and practice TDD.
Perform CRM/CPQ system testing especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Preferred Background

QA Engineer / SDET / Automation Lead with CRM or SaaS experience.
Worked on Microsoft Dynamics CRM Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC QA methodologies and CI/CD best practices.
