Serve as the friendly first point of contact for customers handling questions feedback and service requests with professionalism.
Learn about customer needs and guide them toward the best product or service match.
Share information on promotions features and upgrades in a clear consultative way.
Assist in closing new business opportunities and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
Record all communications and updates accurately in our CRM system.
Partner with teammates and leadership to improve our customer experience every day.
Who You Are
A natural communicator who listens actively and connects authentically.
Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations with confidence.
Self-motivated and performance-drivenyou love hitting goals and helping others win.
Positive dependable and composed under pressure (yes even on Monday mornings).
Collaborative but capable of working independently when needed.
Curious and eager to keep learning new products tools and customer engagement techniques.
What You Bring
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with digital tools web-based platforms and CRM systems.
High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework in business marketing or communications preferred.
Previous customer service call center or inside sales experience is a plusbut not required. We provide full training for motivated candidates.
