Key Responsibilities:
Mentorship & Coaching: Guide individuals transitioning from traditional service roles into the world of personal development and online business. Help them cultivate a success mindset and develop Development: Provide ongoing support and mentorship to emerging leaders equipping them with tools and strategies to thrive in a remote independent career path.
Personal Growth Facilitation: Use proven frameworks and resources to help clients shift limiting beliefs build confidence and set meaningful goals.
Digital Business Guidance: Introduce mentees to our digital marketing model helping them leverage their transferable skills in a new context.
Community Engagement: Foster a sense of connection and accountability within a global community of like-minded individuals.
Content Integration: Share and facilitate thought-provoking content from our success education platform during mentorship sessions and group calls.
Required Skills and Experience:2 years of experience in coaching mentoring personal development leadership or client-focused roles.A deep interest in mindset work personal growth and transformational communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.A proactive self-driven approach with comfort working independently and in sales travel consulting customer service or related industries is highly with digital platforms and a willingness to embrace new technologies and strategies.
