Job Summary

Helix ITSM System Administrator
India
• System Administration & Maintenance
• Manage user accounts roles and permissions within BMC Helix.
• Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades.
• Fulfill system change and service requests.
• Process Design & Improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize ITSM workflows (Incident
Request Fulfillment Knowledge Management).
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements using BMC Helix
capabilities.
• Document workflows and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Implementation & Configuration
• Lead or support the implementation of BMC Helix ITSM ITOM and Discovery
modules.
• Configure modules to meet organizational requirements.
• Participate in testing and validation of new configurations.
• Incident & Problem Management
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations workflows and changes.
• Generate reports and dashboards for performance metrics and KPIs.

Principal Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT roles with at least 2 years in BMC Helix
administration.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
Experience with BMC Helix modules: ITSM ITOM Discovery.
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL 4 Foundation or Managing Professional
BMC Certified Professional (ITSM Ops Management Discovery
