Job Summary
Position: Fire & Safety Engineer
Location: Thrissur
Qualifications:
in Safety & Fire Engineering or Electrical Electrical Engineering with NEBOSH certification
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in FPS (Fire Protection Systems) design fire alarm & intruder alarm installation commissioning operation and maintenance
Hands-on experience with high-rise residential and commercial building projects
Additional exposure in security systems installation and monitoring preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Design install and commission Fire Protection and Safety systems (FPS fire alarms intruder alarms)
Ensure compliance with fire safety standards codes and regulations (local and international)
Conduct inspections audits and preventive maintenance of fire & safety systems
Coordinate with consultants contractors and statutory bodies for approvals and compliance
Develop and implement fire safety plans emergency response procedures and risk assessments
Monitor and maintain security systems ensuring seamless integration with safety protocols
Provide technical guidance and training to teams on fire safety practices and systems handling
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of NFPA NBC and local fire safety codes
Proficiency in FPS system design and related software
Good troubleshooting problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
