- Hourly Rate: £13.74
- Schedule: Full-time 3-4 days per week (38.5 hours per week contract)
- Shift Hours: 7pm – 7am

As a Senior Care Practitioner on night duty you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety comfort and wellbeing of our residents during nighttime hours. Your duties will include:
• Professional Development: Completing required night-specific and general training to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Resident Support: Assisting residents with nighttime personal care continence support repositioning emotional reassurance and responding promptly to call bells and individual needs.
• Holistic Care: Supporting restful environments by promoting individual nighttime routines and preferences to encourage comfort and wellbeing.
• Quality Standards: Maintaining a clean safe and calm environment throughout the night ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
• Leadership Responsibilities: Supervising the night team ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard maintaining accurate night records conducting handovers liaising with on-call management if needed and supporting in staff mentoring and development.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a residential or nursing home setting.
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Skills: Competent in record-keeping familiar with relevant technologies and able to remain calm while supporting colleagues in high-pressure situations.
- Attributes: A warm positive outlook with the flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of our residents.
