Job Summary

Our client is a leading technology company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.
Lead the design and development of product architecture and deliver solutions for complex technical challenges
Provide technical contributions to define project scope timelines cost estimates and schedules
Mentor and support technical leads to ensure on-time delivery and maintain quality standards
Communicate with clients regarding technical aspects and present project progress updates
Review technical deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines
Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Travel to India Japan and customer locations as required
Participate actively in the hiring process including writing job descriptions conducting interviews and other recruitment activities
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Over 10 years of experience in embedded systems software development
Proficiency in C and C with solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Experience in multi-OS environments for embedded platforms including SOCs on both CA core and CR core
Ability to analyze datasheets Technical Reference Manuals (TRMs) and hardware manuals
Proven record of designing and implementing complex solutions on Firmware/Linux/QNX/Android/FreeRTOS (at least two systems)
Hands-on experience in driver development and testing (e.g. Camera Display Memory devices I2C SPI UART Ethernet USB CAN)
Skilled in multithreaded programming IPCs interrupt handling and synchronization techniques
Knowledge across the entire software stack from bootloaders to kernels middleware and applications
Experience in embedded system validation and verification
Proficiency in scripting languages such as shell scripting and Python
Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools including SVN Git Jira
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with R-CAR platforms
Knowledge of multi-OS systems utilizing hypervisors
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Background in automotive technologies including ADAS IVI Gateway solutions and safety standards like ISO26262
Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
Understanding of embedded processor architectures and hardware interfaces like CSI VIN DU and hardware accelerators like ISP GPU NPU
Awareness of safety and security standards such as FUSA
Experience in BSP development device driver customization low-level software board bring-up RTOS and secure boot processes
Language Requirements
Proficiency in English
Japanese language skills are a plus
