Job Summary
Support an agile software integration team in analyzing designing building testing and supporting high-quality products. The Test Engineer reviews requirements designs test plans writes test cases oversees test strategies and performs testing for assigned systems. They verify defects maintain test documentation analyze results and recommend corrective actions including functional and non-functional integration and regression testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design test plans
- Perform functional and non-functional testing
- Verify defects and maintain test documentation
- Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate testing activities and ensure quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of software and hardware testing experience
- Experience in Acceptance Testing and Agile Testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of software and hardware testing experience
- Experience testing/researching raw research products for reliability and release readiness
- Experience working in an Agile Development environment
- Excellent analytical debugging problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to design test cases
- Experience detecting reporting and tracking defects
- Experience verifying code defects and disparities
- Experience developing and implementing quality verification processes
- Experience in test result evaluation reporting and metrics
- Highly self-motivated goal-oriented and self-directed
