Job Summary

Counter Sales Associate

Hiring a Counter Sales Associate that will answer phone calls and assist customers as they come into the store and look up parts etc. You will also perform shipping and receiving of parts and will use a forklift a few times a week.

LOCATION: Springdale AR 72762

POSITION: Contract
PAY RATE: 18.00 hour
HOURS: 7:30am to 4:30pm (M-F)

Seeking someone that is Customer Service focused that can answer phone and assist customers look up parts etc.
Under direct supervision evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.
Assists in unloading products and deliveries.

Requirements:

Must have HS Diploma or GED
Counter Sales experience
Computer skills to look up parts for customers and customer orders
Shipping and Receiving experience
Forklift skills - preferred (Low use only used 2 or 3 times a week)
Good oral and written communications skills.
Good computer skills required: Microsoft applications.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
