• Have 10 years of professional or leadership experience ideally at Director level or above within retail marketing customer insights consulting or corporate leadership environments.
• Hold a degree or equivalent professional qualification in business marketing leadership or a related field advanced study or executive education is a plus.
• Are strategic and commercially minded comfortable with forecasting planning and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Balance left-brain precision with right-brain creativity combining logic vision and intuition to make sound decisions and inspire growth.
• Are passionate about leadership development and success education with a genuine desire to help others evolve grow and achieve results that last.
• Lead from the front demonstrating integrity accountability and emotional intelligence in everything you do.
