Our flagship project Autheo is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1blockchain andcomplete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute storage identity and service marketplaces as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)engineered for scalable enterprise adoption developer innovation and real-world blockchain integration.

Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.

About the Role:
Were looking for a dynamicCommunity Manager to cultivate and grow vibrant engaged communities across Telegram and Discord with future expansion to more platforms (Reddit Autheo Social etc.). Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our community experience creating meaningful connections and fostering a loyal user base while amplifying our brand presence in the Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management Engagement & Growth:
- Be the primary point of contact for our communities on Telegram and Discord.
- Actively engage in conversations respond to questions and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Implement bots automate workflows and monitor key community metrics to ensure growth and engagement.
- Build and implement strategies to grow and energize the community including onboarding new members and engaging with existing ones.
- Collaborate on ambassador programs driving participation and fostering a sense of belonging among community members.
- Monitor trends memes and user sentiment to keep the community engaged and aligned with current interests.
Content & Campaigns:
- Collaborate with marketing product and ecosystems teams to share timely updates announcements and engaging content.
- Host regular events such as AMAs community calls contests and other interactive activities to maintain enthusiasm and loyalty.
- Facilitate educational campaigns to help community members understand Web3 concepts and Autheos offerings.
Moderation & Management:
- Monitor and moderate Telegram Discord and future platforms to maintain safe respectful and engaging spaces.
- Lead a team of moderators providing guidance and ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
- Manage support tickets and community inquiries.
- Create and maintain moderation protocols.
- Train and oversee community moderators.
Talent Scouting & Community Leadership:
- Identify and engage with notable community members who emerge as leaders are highly active or possess large followings.
- Foster relationships with these individuals exploring ways to integrate them into ambassador or advocacy programs.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report key community metrics including growth engagement and sentiment along with the digital analyst.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve community initiatives.
- Collect analyze and share community feedback with internal teams to inform product and marketing decisions.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
- 3 years of community management experience in Web3/crypto.
- Proven track record managing Discord and Telegram communities.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of moderators effectively. Previous experience leading moderator teams will be prioritized.
- A strong understanding of blockchain cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills with a talent for engaging creative and approachable messaging.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience planning and executing online events contests or community activations.
- Familiarity with community and quest tools like Galxe Guild Zealy or similar platforms.
- Experience with community analytics tools.
- Ability to work in different time zones.

- Familiarity with blockchain technology DeFi and NFTs.
- Previous Web3 project launch experience.
