Responsibilities and Roles:
Ensure all new asset return repair and disposal request are processed on time
Review and approve Good Receipt Inventory Transfer and Good Issue.
Ensure SLA are met on the issuance and tagging of assets
Ensure the Asset Inventory is reconciled in financial records.
Assist in physical count to different branches.
Escalate problems or issues related to transactions processes or inventory as well
as monitor progress/changes and keep manager informed of unusual transactions
Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardizations
Partner with HR on the hiring disciplinary and terminations.
Performs other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Educational Background and Experience:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years experience with people management
Deep knowledge in Fixed Asset process
Ability to work with multiple functions
Agility flexibility and openness to learn and be trained to challenge peers and Management
