Job Summary
We are collaborating with a leading global automotive enterprise undergoing a large-scale digital transformation and integration initiative. The organization is implementing next-generation SAP cloud technologies to streamline its HR Finance and IT systems across regions.
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BTP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Expert to join an international IT team and take a key role in building and optimizing system integrations. This position is both technical and strategic ensuring reliable and secure data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and local payroll or third-party systems while contributing to the overall integration architecture of the company.
As part of a global project you will collaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teams ensuring seamless communication between HR IT and Finance departments across continents. You will design build and support complex integration scenarios within SAP BTP using CPI helping the company advance toward a fully connected digital ecosystem.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Strong background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with external or local systems (payroll finance etc.).
Proficiency in APIs XML JSON REST/OData services and related integration protocols.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration architectures.
Understanding of data mapping transformation and middleware concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective collaboration and communication skills within global cross-functional teams.
Advanced English (written and spoken); German or other European languages are a plus.

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education Automotive Technology or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 3 years of experience in training and development preferably in the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training content. Proficiency in training software and tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
