We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Virtual Typist Data Entry professional to join our remote team. This role involves simple typing and data entry tasks such as transcribing written or digital documents entering information into systems and maintaining records. No prior experience is necessary just strong typing skills attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and input data from various sources (PDFs handwritten notes scanned documents etc.) into digital formats.
Format and organize typed content according to templates or instructions.
Perform basic proofreading to ensure accuracy.
Save and label documents properly in digital folders.
Keep data organized and up-to-date.
Follow clear instructions and complete tasks within deadlines.
Communicate with supervisors via email or messaging apps as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (familiar with Word Google Docs or similar software).
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop.
Ability to work independently from home.
Basic written English skills.
No experience required training provided.
