We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician for a rewarding full-time position serving a school-based caseload. This opportunity is available immediately!
Essential Responsibilities:
- Support students in developing communication social and self-regulation skills.
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as directed by the BCBA.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with students and families.
- Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress and guide treatment adjustments.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students in academic and behavioral settings.
- Collaborate with teachers paraprofessionals and school staff to promote positive consistent behavior strategies.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged students is preferred.
- Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma; preference given to candidates with some college coursework.
