We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our remote this role you will be responsible for entering and updating data into online systems and spreadsheets. This is a remote part-time or full-time position with flexible hours ideal for someone looking for an easy low-stress role that requires strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into online databases spreadsheets or software platforms
Verify and correct data where necessary
Maintain up-to-date records and files
Organize and label digital documents
Perform basic research and compile data as needed
Communicate with the team via email or messaging platforms
Follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and typing skills (30 WPM preferred)
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive) or Microsoft Office
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and self-motivation
Previous data entry or administrative experience (preferred but not required)

High level of integrity professionalism and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
