Long-term care Supervisor Opportunity:

Full-time Direct Hire position
Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM
Setting: Long-term care department
Some Call required

Long-term care Supervisor Responsibilities:

Long-term care Supervisor will work closely with DON and facility management to support safe and efficient care coordination patient flow and ongoing quality improvement
Demonstrates positive supportive and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents families visitors physicians staff and all others
Long-term care Supervisor will handle scheduling risk management and additional administrative tasks for the LTC Unit.
They will manage the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations

Long-term care Supervisor Qualifications:

RN license
2 years of RN experience required
2 years of Nurse Management in an LTC setting experience preferred
