Job Summary

HVAC Service Technician (Commercial / Industrial )

Bucks County PA

Hourly Rate: $30.00-$40.00

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Test and record electrical pneumatic and gas systems.
Test and record liquid systems.
Perform repairs in accordance with local building codes and TMS policies.
Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience as an HVAC technician
5 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.
Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Excellent technical skills with the ability to interpret mechanical electrical pneumatic and water systems.
Ability to pass a background check.
