General Floor the largest wholesale floor covering distributor in the Tri-State area is growing and were looking for an energetic Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our winning team!
What Youll Do:
- Handle A/R phone inquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Contact customers regarding payments and manage account credits
- Process deposits credit card payments and maintain accurate records
- Create and maintain reports invoices and statements using Excel
- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Assist with special projects and support management as needed
Youre a Great Fit If You Are:
- Friendly professional and comfortable talking on the phone
- Organized and detail-driven you love accuracy!
- Experienced with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Dependable punctual and flexible with your schedule
- Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license for bank/post office runs
