Job Summary

As a senior compensation and benefits consultant your responsibilities will include:
Leading and designing complex projects for some of Israels leading companies interacting with senior executives and compensation committees.
Working closely with other team members on a range of compensation projects based on clients needs
Participating in and presenting at meetings with clients at all seniority levels including leaders management CEOs and board of directors.
Working directly with client stakeholders including managers VP HRs CFOs CEOs and board members.
Gaining professional experience in compensation and benefits at the highest level.
Requirements:
Compensation & benefits experience (5 years)
High-Tech / Global companies experience Must
Excellent communication skills fully capable of writing and verbally expressing in Hebrew and English Proven track record of working in English speaking reading writing and presenting presentations at a proficient level
Ability to work flexibly including in unusual hours
Mobility/driving license
Consulting/Project Manager experience Advantage
Strong Excel skills (including complex functions and pivot tables) Advantage
