Job Summary

Due to internal progression Runaway Bay Tavern is expanding their team to welcome a new Assistant Venue Manager to our great local venue ourbrand-new sports bar and beer garden is open with many more exciting things to come in 2026. If you have a passion for customer service & enjoy working in a fun fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!

The successful candidatemust have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress then this is the venue for you!

We are offering:

Generous Salary $78000 - $80000 Plus Super

Essential requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role a similar venue
Strong experience in Gaming & Wagering
Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
Exceptional time management & organisational skills
Strong communication skills both written & verbal
Ability to work nights & weekends
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Current RSA RSG RMLV & Approved Managers license
CLO - Desirable not necessary
