DescriptionKrolls Property Tax Services assists clients in identifying tax saving opportunities by reviewing their tangible property portfolio and associated property tax assessments and liabilities.

Navigating Responsibilities
- Assisting Directors and Staff in initiating and processing all property tax appeals in a timely manner
- Researching new and current property tax legislation and Pollution Control Exemption Statutes
- Identifying tax savings strategies
- Acquiring and reviewing property tax returns property tax assessments and tax bills in regards to specialized property tax solutions
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation arguments/deliverables and negotiating values with assessment officials
The Ideal Candidate
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Earth and Environmental Science Environmental Studies Engineering Environmental and Policy Management Environmental Sustainability and Governance Finance Accounting or Economics from an accredited university or college
- Expected graduation date before August 2027
- Minimum current Major GPA of 3.0
- Motivated by multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong analytical comprehension research and problem-solving skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Commitment to obtaining outstanding results
- Desire to be an integral member of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
