Position Summary:
The IMA Group is seeking a detail-oriented Account Specialist to perform high-level quality reviews of client billing and reports. This role ensures all deliverables meet account guidelines maintain accuracy and reflect consistency across all client files.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of billing and reports to verify accuracy completeness and compliance with account requirements.
- Ensure all billing aligns with completed activities and falls within account guidelines.
- Capture all nurse productivity and confirm proper documentation of communications and uploads.
- Verify that all report content is current accurate and formatted consistently across files.
- Confirm that medical and status updates are documented in the correct sections according to account specifications.
- Proactively identify and correct discrepancies to uphold IMAs high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in billing review account management or administrative quality assurance preferred.
- Ability to interpret and apply account-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
