CFM Coordinator - Your future position

As CFM Coordinator you need to provide administrative logistical and operational support to respective CFM(s) to ensure seamless coordination of customer projects sample management and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Request Coordination:

• Initiate and process illustration oil wash test stability CMR and STAR requests in the system.
• Plan and coordinate CMR test sample preparation and distribution.
• Schedule stability wash activities for the respective CFM.
• Order and prepare market samples for ongoing projects.

Sample Management:

• Collect samples from the laboratory and distribute them to the respective CFM.
• Prepare samples for meetings and presentations.
• Pack samples receive incoming parcels unpack and distribute them to the respective CFM.

Client & Event Logistics

• Manage logistics for client meetings including booth setup and preparation of wash evaluations.
• Coordinate materials and arrangements for customer visits presentations and evaluations.

Administrative Support

• Prepare proforma invoices and maintain relevant documentation.
• Act as a communication interface with Perfumers Applications Creation Sampling Labs and Sales teams.
• Provide ad-hoc support to Perfumers and the Japan and China evaluation teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the CFM team and manager.

Functional Skills & Competencies:

• Strong team player with good collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently with agility and adaptability.
• Open and flexible to working in diverse environments and teams; willing to learn new skills.
• Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Word Excel.

Primary Qualifications:

• Diploma in Perfumery Chemistry or a related field is preferred.
• No known allergies or skin sensitivities to scented products soaps or surfactant-based products.
