Job Summary

Lead Federal Estimator opportunity with a top ENR-ranked general contractor expanding its Federal Division. This role focuses on estimating for federal building projects including courthouses military facilities and secure government structures.

Key Highlights:

Lead detailed & conceptual estimating for Design-Build Design-Bid-Build and CMAR projects
Ensure compliance with FAR Davis-Bacon Buy American and federal procurement standards
Coordinate subcontractor bids and cost analyses for projects $5M$100M
Proficiency in RSMeans Sage WinEst Bluebeam and Procore preferred
Requires 5 years of Federal Estimating experience (8 years total estimating)
Degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
