Job Summary
The Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) helps the dealership sell automobiles by assisting customers both online as well as by phone during their information gathering about a future purchase as well as facilitating the appointment process for the sales departments. BDR agent is the first step in assisting the dealership to develop a relationship with its customer and plays a vital part in the dealership.
This position will assist with incoming calls/Receptionist duties as needed.
Hours: Mon Thursday Friday 11:30am to 8pm
Tuesday Wednesday 8:30am to 5pm
Choice of having off every 3rdTuesday OR Wednesday when working Saturday
Training hours: 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri
- Previous car experience a plus
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills required
- 1 years experience in retail sales preferred but not required
- High school diploma/GED required
