Role Description:

• Lead the definition and development of FPGAarchitectures for automotive applications especially in LiDAR-based systems
• Act as Product Owner for FPGA-related componentsmanaging the product backlog and prioritizing features based on business andtechnical needs
• Translate customer and system requirements intoFPGA specifications and development plans
• Collaborate closely with hardware software andsystem engineering teams to ensure seamless integration
• Maintain a global understanding of the systemensuring FPGA solutions fit within the overall architecture
• Communicate effectively with internal and externalstakeholders including customers suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Monitor project progress risks and dependenciesand ensure timely delivery of FPGA solutions
• Stay up to date with the latest FPGA technologiesand automotive standards

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computerengineering Computer Science or related field
• 6 years of relative experience
• Proven experience in FPGA development andarchitecture ideally within the automotive domain
• Strong understanding of LiDAR technologiesand their role in automotive perception systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working in cross-functionalenvironments and managing technical road maps
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO26262 A-SPICE and functional safety principles
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Location requirement: This position is open to candidates based inPrague only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tier 1 automotive suppliers or OEMs
• Knowledge of VHDL/Verilog high-level synthesistools and FPGA platforms (e.g. Xilinx Intel)
• Understanding of sensor fusion and perceptionsystems
