- Leading sterilisation and infection control processes to the highest standards
- Managing clinical stock supplies and equipment to keep the practice running seamlessly
- Mentoring and supporting junior Dental Assistants to help them thrive
- Confidently using Exact software for scheduling charting and patient records
- Assisting with reception and administrative duties when required

Qualifications :
About You
Youll bring:
- 23 years experience as a Dental Assistant (senior or leadership experience an advantage)
- NZDA certification (highly regarded)
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A patient-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Confidence with dental software and digital systems (Exact preferred)
- A reliable proactive and professional approach
- A friendly positive and team-oriented attitude that brings out the best in others
